Fees are due in the first week of every term. Parents can elect to pay by semester (half year) or by term. Fees can be paid by cash, cheque or credit card (with the exception of American Express and Diner’s Club) and must be paid within two weeks of the commencement of term or financial penalties may be incurred. Families who leave the school other than at the expected exit point (ie. Year 2, 3 or 5 Day Preschool), must give two term’s notice in writing or forfeit two terms fees. Fee statements include levies for course materials and excursions.
Highfields Preschool is a registered child care provider and OSHClub Out of School Hours Care is approved as a child care provider with the Family Assistance Office.
