The staff at Highfields are experienced and highly qualified to undertake their roles. Five early childhood teachers, three full-time childcare workers and two part-time childcare workers staff our Preschool classes. There are two staff members with each group of children throughout the day.

Six class teachers and a three assistants staff the Preparatory School.

Part-time specialist staff include: a communication technology (ICT) facilitator, teacher librarian, music teacher, sport teacher and learning support teacher.

The staff meet regularly to engage in professional development activities, review programs and plan activities. Each staff member holds currrent first aid qualifications and receives child protection training.
